Scenario #1 – Angie was worn out from working at a company that didnt appreciate her. She moved on to a company with a dedication to respecting their employees. Within weeks, Angie was given the respect she deserved, and the quality of her work increased. She went home a happy camper every night and was always willing to help out on team projects when needed, because she was a valued member of the team.

Scenario #2 – Ryan had been working in a production company since graduating college, and liked his job. He just didnt love his job. He aspired to more within the company.
